As you know when you working with Docker, you should know what is Docker?

Docker container is a unit of software that packages up code and all its dependencies to allow the application to tun quickly and reliably from one computing environment to another. For laynching multiple docker containers, a YAML file is used by compose to initialize services for the app. Creating and lauching all of the functions is as simple as issuing a single command when configutation is complete

Ok. Let’s create a Docker compose file or Redis service. Just below some row you will get a redis service easily.

version: ‘2’
services:
  mssqldb:
    image: “mcr.microsoft.com/mssql/server:2017-latest”
    container_name: mssqlserver
    restart: always
    hostname: mssqldb
    environment:
      SA_PASSWORD: Password123   #password /opt/mssql-tools/bin/sqlcmd -S localhost -U SA -P ‘Password123’
      ACCEPT_EULA: Y
    ports:
      – “1433:1433”                                         # port
    volumes:
      – “./rdmbs/mssql/data:/var/opt/mssql/data” # db
      – “./rdmbs/mssql/backup:/var/opt/mssql/backup”      # backup

start your docker file then type the command
docker-compose up –build -d
 
you will see this result
